It’s ok to have bad days.

It’s been a BIG 12 months! A big life so far. I’m thankful for people that check-in, show up, and show their love to lift and care when I don’t cope so well.

It’s not ok to put on a mask of gaiety and pretend through this life! Get REAL!! We get to choose how to show up and being authentic every day is important.  We are human in a vessel to experience and with that are opposites to feel the experiences widely. 

So when it’s an uncomfortable or hurting or a sad one, yes feel to experience that so the next awesome, joy-filled, loving & connected feeling & experience is friggin outstandingly, appreciated & EMBRACED ... annnnd we can have MORE of those and choose less of the other ones! !!

Rest into your body with ease for flow by giving self-love with kind words, massage, reflexology, essential oils, meditation, yoga, exercise, music or simply lying with your eyes closed in the sun!
